Its rooms were huge, the staff was accommodating, we had a quite comfortable stay of our best holidays in beautiful Croatia.

We loved the convenient location of Palace Stafileo. It was very close to the bus terminal, making it easy for us to explore the city. The apartment was also well-equipped and had all the modern amenities we needed for our short stay. The fact that Thomas and his family spoke English was a bonus, as they were able to provide us with friendly and helpful assistance. We also appreciated the character and history of the guest house, adding to the charm of our stay. Lastly, Thomas even offered to drive us to the airport for a reasonable fee, making our departure hassle-free.

We felt well taken care of and had no reason to complain about our stay.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration throughout the hotel. The vintage furniture and artwork reminded me of the good old days. The hotel had beautiful communal areas with comfortable seating where I could relax and take in the atmosphere of the medieval palace. It was also easily accessible for senior people like myself, with well-maintained staircases and no steep slopes or obstacles to navigate.

I would only ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the staff could be a little more attentive to our needs. Sometimes, the young ones working there seemed more focused on their own tasks than on assisting us.
